Refund Policy

All products are made to order, so we do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, incorrect size or color selection, ordering mistakes, or failure to review product details before purchase.

Orders may only be canceled before production begins.

Once production has started, cancellation is not available.

We only review claims for items that arrive damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from the item ordered. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with the order number and clear photos or videos. If the issue is verified, we may provide a replacement or remake. A refund will only be provided where required by applicable law or approved by us.

Items affected by incorrect shipping information, customer-requested changes, wear, washing, misuse, alteration, or failure to follow care instructions are not eligible for a remedy.

Do not return any item without written approval.

This policy does not exclude or limit consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
